Omniplug is a Data Logistics company. We move large files from one location to another.
While this website describes how our technology can be used to connect consumer handheld devices, data logistics are required by businesses too.
Many business capture video images for security, logging and audit purposes. This needs to be stored centrally to be useful, so the RatPlug can be used to transfer these files while the device battery is charged.
The data travels directly between the RatPlug and the destination server and never through our servers. It can be filtered, adapted or encrypted before it is sent to make what you receive more useful.
